A SACKED mental health unit manager, suspended from practice after falsifying a care plan for a patient after he died, is free to practise again after serving a three-month suspension.
Former Linden Centre operations manager Naushad Nojeeb cared for 20-year-old Matthew Leahy, found hanged at the Linden centre, next to Broomfield Hospital, on November 15, 2012.
Mr Nojeeb had already been sacked by the North Essex Partnership Foundation Trust (NEP), before the outcome of the hearing in June, where the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) found that his practice was “impaired”.
