A Quality Account is a report about the quality of services by an NHS healthcare provider.
The reports are published annually by each provider.
We find it very strange that the quality accounts are not made available on North Essex Partnership Trust website, but realise when reading through them, that they contain information the trust is obviously not proud of!!!
